I spent the morning of International Women’s Day at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Admiralty office filming a discussion on “Celebrating the Path to Success: Why Mistakes are Madatory.”

If it was any other day, it would have been an ordinary shoot. However, since today is International Women’s Day, the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong organized a panel of Women of Influence Award winners to share their mistakes and missteps along the path of their successful careers.

The talk was attended exclusively by women – although I’m sure the invitation was also equally opened to men.
